This complicated process requires specialized training to effectively enforce the sex offender registry statutes. Sheriff’s office personnel who are newly assigned to Sex Offender Registration and Enforcement\, have not received any formal training\, or feel they need a refresher on the basics\, are strongly encouraged to attend. This 14-hour course will cover the sex offender laws and basic registration & enforcement procedures. \n\n\n\n\n\nSpace is limited; register early.  Deadline to register: April 3\, 2024. \n\n\n\n\n\nThe GSA will NOT reserve a block of rooms for students for this event.
