The renewal notices for 2025 are going to be arriving late this year due to the impact from Hurricane Helene.
Originally, the in-home mail date was expected to be around October 15, but this date cannot be maintained. We are now expecting in-home dates of October 21 or possibly even later. Some locations were impacted more by the hurricane, which could further hinder the delivery of your mail.
If you have an active membership for 2024, then you can expect your renewal mail piece to look like it typically does, but will arrive at the later date. 2024 memberships will still receive the membership cards and stickers in the envelope. The only impact will be the delivery date.
