The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association 2025 Winter Training Conference will be held January 21 – 23 at Chateau Elan.

We are accepting applications from those who would like to offer their goods and services for exhibition. Your cost for the event is $1000 + $140 for electricity, which includes registration for up to two representatives ( additional representative registration – $50 per person ), a six foot table and two chairs. If you are interested in exhibiting, please complete the on-line application.

We will host a reception, continental breakfast and coffee break during the conference. For an additional $300 you may sponsor one of these functions and will receive special recognition.

Exhibit Schedule

 
Set up and Removal
Exhibit set up can begin on Tuesday, January 21st at 8:00 a.m. All exhibits must be completely installed by 10:00 a.m. We will conduct the sheriffs registration in the exhibit hall beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday. All exhibits must be removed by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22nd.

Exhibitor Registration
The $1000 registration fee covers the following:

• Registration for TWO representatives ( additional representative registration – $50 per person ) includes admission to Tuesday’s reception and Wednesday’s breakfast.
• One 8′ x 10′ exhibit space ( approximate measurement ) in a carpeted ballroom. If your display is wider than 10′, you must purchase an additional exhibit space. Two spaces may be purchased for $1,800.
• One six foot skirted table
• Two chairs
• WiFi

Electrical outlet is additional $140.

Door Prizes
We encourage everyone to bring an item that can be given away during the exhibition.
*** Only gifts with a value of $25 or more will be announced. All others shall be given away at your booth.***

Shipping
You may ship your materials to Chateau Elan for arrival no more than 3 days prior to the conference. There is a $10 service fee for each incoming box or package. See additional details here.

Signs
Use of the walls, including the air wall, for hanging materials is strictly prohibited. Chateau Elan will remove anything taped, nailed or otherwise hung from the walls.

Each company is responsible for their own company sign.

Liability
The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association shall not in any manner or for any cause, be liable or responsible to the exhibitor or the exhibitor’s directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees or guests for any loss or damage to the goods or other property of the exhibitor that may occur to the exhibitor’s directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees or guests. Any and all claims for such injuries are hereby waived by the exhibitor.

The exhibitor is responsible to protect and provide security for its exhibit, demonstration, goods, materials, and/or equipment before, during and after the exhibition.

Rejection of Application
The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association reserves the right to cancel or refuse the rental of display space to any person or company whose conduct or display of goods is, in the opinion of the Georgia Sheriffs’ Association, incompatible with the general character and objectives of the conference.
