The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association is hosting its 2025 Command Staff Training Conference and we are offering you an opportunity to exhibit. At this event approximately 200 chief deputies and other upper level management staff responsible for sheriffs’ office operations will attend. All are key players in the decision making process. A reception will be held in the exhibit hall to allow you exclusive time to interact with the attendees.

The exhibit date is Wednesday, April 30th at Great Wolf Lodge located at 150 Tom Hall Parkway, LaGrange, GA 30240. The cost to exhibit is $450 per booth and includes admission for up to two (2) representatives. Additional representatives are $30 each.

Room Rate & Reservations: The room rate is $99 per night.

The room rate is $99 + tax nightly (single or double occupancy) and there is no charge for parking. All room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes and fees (these fees are subject to change at the discretion of the state) and $5 state hotel-motel fee per night.

Calling in your reservation is the only option to receive the special lodging rate.

Reservations deadline: Friday, March 28, 2025 or until rooms are sold out.

Cancellation Policy: All individual reservations must be accompanied by a one night’s deposit in the form of a check or credit card. If you cancel within 72 hours prior to arrival, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Exhibit Schedule

Set up and Removal
Exhibit set up will begin at 11:00 a.m. and must be completed by 3:30 p.m. Early set up is encouraged as many of the attendees “browse” the exhibit hall prior to the reception. All exhibits must be removed by 9:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Registration
The $450 registration fee covers the following:

• Reception attendance for up to two (2) representatives. Additional representatives are $30 each.
• One 8′ x 8′ exhibit space ( approximate measurement ). Exhibit space is extremely tight and table top displays are strongly encouraged. No displays wider than 8′ will be permitted.
• One six foot skirted table
• Two chairs

Electrical outlet is additional $35. WiFi access is free.

Door Prizes
We encourage everyone to bring an item that can be given away during the exhibition.

Shipping
You may ship your materials to Great Wolf Lodge for arrival 3 days prior to the conference. Please make sure you include your name, your company’s name and date of arrival.

Signs
Use of the walls, including the air wall, for hanging materials is strictly prohibited. The Lodge will remove anything taped, nailed or otherwise hung from the walls.

Each company is responsible for their own company sign.

Liability
The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association shall not in any manner or for any cause, be liable or responsible to the exhibitor or the exhibitor’s directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees or guests for any loss or damage to the goods or other property of the exhibitor that may occur to the exhibitor’s directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees or guests. Any and all claims for such injuries are hereby waived by the exhibitor.

The exhibitor is responsible to protect and provide security for its exhibit, demonstration, goods, materials, and/or equipment before, during and after the exhibition.

Rejection of Application
The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association reserves the right to cancel or refuse the rental of display space to any person or company whose conduct or display of goods is, in the opinion of the Georgia Sheriffs’ Association, incompatible with the general character and objectives of the conference.
