2024 Chaplains Membership Dues

January 1 – December 31, 2024

The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association Chaplains’ Division was created to promote the availability of chaplains to meet the spiritual and emotional needs of the sheriffs and their staff, families, and members of the community.

It is time to pay your annual dues in order to maintain your membership in the GSA Chaplains’ Division. New members pay an initial membership fee of $50.00 and then $30.00 every year thereafter. Existing members pay annual dues of $30.00. Payment of Chaplain membership dues provides you with a membership credential card, a subscription to the GSA quarterly magazine, helps pay toward years of service pins, contributions to families who lose a sheriff or deputy in the line of duty, decals received at the annual conference, annual tithe to the Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes, etc.

Membership in good standing is achieved by:
(1) Paying annual membership dues each year. Based on a consecutive three-year period, dues must be current without lapses during the stated period AND (2) Successful completion of the 40-hour Georgia Sheriffs’ Basic Chaplains Training.

Membership in good standing expires if you fail to pay your annual dues as specified above.
