The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association 2025 Summer Training Conference will be held August 4 – 6 at Marriott Savannah Riverfront located at 100 McIntosh Boulevard, Savannah, GA 31401. We are offering the following registration options:

1. ATTENDEE Registration.  Up to two representatives from your company will be allowed entrance to the exhibit hall to interact with the sheriffs during the exhibit hours.  You will receive admission for two to the Welcome Reception and Continental Breakfast.
   Cost: $1,000, each additional representative is $95.00.
2. EXHIBIT Registration. Includes an 8′ wide x 8′ deep exhibit space, six foot table, two chairs and admission for up to two representatives to the Welcome Reception and Continental Breakfast.
   Cost: $1,300 (includes electricity), each additional representative is $95.00.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. All sponsors will receive special recognition and one free exhibit space.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. on your day of arrival; check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on your departure day. You must present tax exempt forms at check-in. When paying with county funds, all taxes are exempt; when paying with personal funds, only lodging taxes are exempt.

Reservations Deadline: July 3, 2025 or until the rooms are sold out. Therefore, only 2 rooms per company will be permitted. No exceptions due to extremely limited rooms. Reservations made after the deadline will return to the regular rate.

Cancellation
Refunds will only be made if space is canceled before July 11, 2025 and only if the space is resold and the exhibition is a sell out. No refunds will be made for space canceled after July 14, 2025.

We encourage everyone to bring an item that can be given away during the exhibition.

Signs
Each company is responsible for their own company sign and will not be permitted to hang materials on the walls.

Liability
The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association shall not in any manner or for any cause, be liable or responsible to the exhibitor or the exhibitor’s directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees or guests for any loss or damage to the goods or other property of the exhibitor that may occur to the exhibitor’s directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees or guests. Any and all claims for such injuries are hereby waived by the exhibitor.

The exhibitor is responsible to protect and provide security for its exhibit, demonstration, goods, materials, and/or equipment before, during and after the exhibition.

Rejection of Application
The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association reserves the right to cancel or refuse the rental of display space to any person or company whose conduct or display of goods is, in the opinion of the Georgia Sheriffs’ Association, incompatible with the general character and objectives of the conference.
