The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association 2026 Summer Training Conference will be held July 21 – 23 at Legacy Lodge at Lanier Islands located at 7000 Lanier Islands Parkway, Buford, GA 30518. We are offering the following registration options:

1. ATTENDEE Registration.  Up to two representatives from your company will be allowed entrance to the exhibit hall to interact with the sheriffs during the exhibit hours.  You will receive admission for two to the Welcome Reception and Continental Breakfast.
   Cost: $800, each additional representative is $75.00.
2. EXHIBIT Registration. Includes an 8′ wide x 8′ deep exhibit space, six foot table, two chairs and admission for up to two representatives to the Welcome Reception and Continental Breakfast.
   Cost: $1,000, electricity is $120, each additional representative is $75.00.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. All sponsors will receive special recognition and one free exhibit space.

NOTE: Additional Georgia Hotel fee of $5.00 per room per night and $1.00 occupancy fee

Parking: Self-parking. Resort and gate fee are waived.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. on your day of arrival; check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on your departure day.

Reservations Deadline: June 19, 2026 or until the rooms are sold out. Therefore, only 2 rooms per company will be permitted. No exceptions due to extremely limited rooms. Reservations made after the deadline will return to the regular rate.

Exhibit Registration
The $1,000 registration fee covers the following:

• One 8′ wide x 8′ deep space. If your display is wider than 8′, you must purchase an additional exhibit space. Two spaces may be purchased for $2,400. You will not be allowed to set up any display over 8′ wide if you have not purchased two spaces. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• One six foot table
• Two chairs
• Registration for TWO representatives includes admission to:

  • Welcome Reception
  • Continental Breakfast

Electricity – $120

Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes and Georgia Sheriffs’ Association Banquet tickets – $100 per person

Note – Exhibit hall is carpeted and has wifi access.

Cancellation
Refunds will only be made if space is canceled before July 10, 2026 and only if the space is resold and the exhibition is a sell out. No refunds will be made for space canceled after July 13, 2026.

Door Prizes
We encourage everyone to bring an item that can be given away during the exhibition.

Shipping
You may ship your materials to Legacy Lodge at Lanier Islands for arrival 3 days prior to the conference.  Please make sure you include your name, your company’s name and date of arrival.

Signs
Each company is responsible for their own company sign and will not be permitted to hang materials on the walls.

Liability
The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association shall not in any manner or for any cause, be liable or responsible to the exhibitor or the exhibitor’s directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees or guests for any loss or damage to the goods or other property of the exhibitor that may occur to the exhibitor’s directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees or guests. Any and all claims for such injuries are hereby waived by the exhibitor.

The exhibitor is responsible to protect and provide security for its exhibit, demonstration, goods, materials, and/or equipment before, during and after the exhibition.

Rejection of Application
The Georgia Sheriffs’ Association reserves the right to cancel or refuse the rental of display space to any person or company whose conduct or display of goods is, in the opinion of the Georgia Sheriffs’ Association, incompatible with the general character and objectives of the conference.
